The second Kalma, also known as the Shahadah Tamjeed, is a fundamental declaration of faith in Islam. It is recited by Muslims worldwide as a testimony of their belief in the oneness of Allah and the prophethood of Muhammad (peace be upon him).
أَشْهَدُ أنْ لا إلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهُ وَأشْهَدُ أنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
“میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، صرف ایک، جو کسی شریک کے بغیر ہے۔ اور میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ محمد ﷺ اللہ تعالیٰ کے بندے اور رسول ہیں۔”
“Ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasool Allah.”
